Morning Movement

Our bodies love to move and one of the easiest ways to add in some movement is 10-50 TOTAL reps of bodyweight movements before you get in the shower in the morning.

Some options:

  • Burpees
  • Bodyweight Squats
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Push-ups 

Each of these are fast, effective and can be done in the time it takes for the water in your shower to heat up. This isn't intended to be a "workout" per se but rather to get your heart pumping and the blood flowing.

Alternate option: You could also do this while the coffee is brewing. Caffeine plus a a little movement will certainly get you going👌

Remember, this isn't meant to be complicated so keep this simple. Pick a movement or two and get after it each and every morning. Before long, this morning movement will be an integral part of your morning routine.
