Lucky for you, that’s what I’ve packed into my brand spanking new Habit Tracking Success Journal.
You see, I’ve set a pretty lofty goal for myself. I want to help transform the lives of AT LEAST 10,000 people a year within the next five years.
While I’d LOVE to be able to do this with one-on-one, I know that just isn’t realistic.
I knew I’d need something that could help get my Perfect Fitness Framework to the masses.
I packaged a complete coaching system into a 125-page book, and the Habit Tracking Success Journal was born.
But, you’re not just getting a Habit Tracker. While helpful on its own, for most that wouldn’t be enough support and guidance.
That’s why every Habit Tracking Success Journal comes with a built-in Transformation Guide as well as a complete online Learning Center to support and guide you every step of the way.
The two things that I’ve found preventing most people from making progress toward their fitness and nutrition goals had nothing to do with the programs they were following. There are hundreds if not thousands of different options available. What’s great is that they all work.
What’s not so great is that they all won’t work for you. Everything works, but not everything is going to work for you.
You can’t swing a cat without hitting someone or something promising ridiculous results with minimal effort (as an animal lover and 3x Cat Dad, please don’t try this, but you get the point).
With all of the information out there, it’s easy to feel confused, frustrated, and overwhelmed. Not only is there a lot of hype and hyperbole about how quickly you can get results, but a lot of the information conflicts.
High carb is the way to go! High fat is the way to go! Just count calories, that’s all that matters! Calories counting doesn’t work! Lift heavy! Light weights or bust! Just eat a lot of protein! Too much protein is bad for your kidneys!
It’s a mess out there.
As a result, we’re left trying to decipher who and what to believe. In my experience, this usually leads to that frustration and overwhelm that I mentioned before.
If you’ve ever thrown up your hands and just went back to what you know, I promise that you’re not alone.
Information is great. Information leads to knowledge and knowledge is power. I’ve had “Knowledge is Power” tattooed down my side since I was 19. There is, however, an underlying assumption in that statement. Knowledge is power only if you know how to use it. That is, we have to be able to take ACTION.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, action is everything. More specifically, consistent action. After all, we are what we repeatedly do.
If it isn’t a lack of fitness and nutrition information that’s getting in your way, what is it?
The two things preventing most people from making progress toward their goals is DISTRACTION and a lack of ACCOUNTABILITY.
The Perfect Fitness Framework that powers the Habit Tracking Success Journal isn’t a diet or exercise program. It’s framework to help you systematically and progressively figure out what works for you so you can do more of that and what doesn’t work for you so that you can do less of that.
That is, it’s a framework for MASSIVE, yet SUSTAINABLE change.
It’s designed to cut through the noise, the hype, and the hyperbole so that you can take action not just once, but each and every day. What you do most of the time matters far more than what you do some of the time.
How can we from a boom or bust, on or off a program mentality to a mindset of consistent +1s each and every day?
That’s where the Habit Tracking Success Journal, the Transformation Guide, and the Digital Learning Center come into the mix.
For a LIMITED TIME, you can get your Habit Tracking Success Journal for just $20.
The Journal itself is easily worth ten times that amount but when you pair that with the Transformation Guide (valued at $200) and the Learning Center (valued at $1000), you have an invaluable tool that could change your life forever.
