Nice job working through your very first module of the Perfect Fitness Framework. For many of you, this may have been the first opportunity you've taken to take a good look at where you are, where you want to go, and most importantly why you want to go there.

Module 2 moves us from what and why to "'how the heck are we going to do this!?" This is where you will start learning about the structure and setup of the Perfect Fitness Framework and how you can use it to answer that very question.
