This is a 16 Week Intensive Fundamentals Program. We spend the first week focusing on where you are, where you want to go, and why. From there we move into practicing skills, habits, and behaviors. We’ll spend five weeks each with Food-Focused, Fitness-Focused, and Life-Style focused skills, habits, and behaviors (SHBs).
Because it’s an intensive, we’ll be working in one week iterations on each SHB. This is an accelerated approach to teach you as much as possible in as short amount of time as possible so that you can quickly find what works and what doesn’t work for you.
