Module 2 - Overview
Welcome to Module 2!
You should now have a much better understanding of where you are, where you want to go, and why.
Now it's time to figure out how we're going to get there.
This is where we'll put together our plan of attack. You're going to learn:
-How to move from outcome-focused goals to skills, habits, and behaviors (SHBs)
-How to prioritize and focus your efforts so that you're practicing Macro Consistency and Micro Intensity
-How to build a powerful "Backlog" of Food, Fitness, and Lifestyle SHBs
We're going to teach you how to build out a backlog and what to do with it. We'll also give you our PFF Big 5 List which includes backlog items for each Food, Fitness and Lifestyle.
This is our signature structure that we recommend to all of our coaching clients. But even for those we work with directly, this is just a starting point. We assess, we adjust, and we reprioritize as we go and we encourage you to do the same.
