The only way to get here is to go through the entire Module by completing each section. I did this intentionally because this is a message only for those who now see the full picture of the Perfect Fitness Framework.
I wan to leave you with one last thing before sending you out on your journey (not that I'm ever that far away).
In a world of 30 second abs and 14 days to shredded, I feel like I’m going completely against the grain with a framework that could take well over a year to fully implement and integrate.
Which is why it’s important that I take a moment to help frame this for you and help pull you away from the minutiae and into a more meta/macro view.
Imagine this, for the next 12 months you’re going to focus on one skill, habit, or behavior to get really really good at before starting something new the next month.
When the next month starts, that’s exactly what you’ll do. You’ll again focus on just one thing for the full month.
It’s not glamorous. There’s no hype, no hyperbole, no radical promises. It may feel frustratingly slow.
But then, something starts to happen. These skills, habits, and behaviors suddenly seem to take up so much of our energy and attention. It’s almost like they happen naturally, like they are a part of who we are.
Imagine how your life would change if you integrated 12 healthy skills, habits, and behaviors into your life. Imagine how different your life would be. Imagine how you would look, how you would perform, and how you would feel.
This is a very possible reality. And it only takes a good system, some structure, and a good deal of patience.
You can do this. Give yourself the time and space to fully and completely play, experiment, and explore what works for you. When you find that, do more of it. And keep doing that until it doesn’t work anymore.
Never stop playing. Never stop experimenting. Never stop exploring.
