The first few modules are all about learning and Module 3 is no exception.
That being said, it's time we build a little momentum by translating insight into action.
What I want you to do is this:`
Pick one SHB from your backlog. It doesn't have to be the top priority though I recommend it, if possible. Take this SHB and see if you can break it down into something actionable that will only take about 5 minutes to complete. Not a day, not an hour, five minutes and five minutes only.
For example, this might mean finally taking your multivitamins each day, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or drinking a big glass of water when you first wake up (highly recommended).
The simpler and easier it is for you to do, the better.
One small action. One small change.
As you work through this Module, use this small change with each of the different rituals so that you have a way to practice bringing everything together and to life.
