10-8-6-4-2 Bear Complex
5-4-3-2-1 Pull-up 

Part 2:
2-4-6-8-10 Bear Complex
2-4-6-8-10 Bent Over Row

In both sections, alternate between the Bear Complex and either the Pull-up or Row👍
