30 Minute Fat Blasting Kettlebell and Battle Rope Workout

Use this workout whenever you’re pressed for time and want to annihilate fat, get your heart pumping, and feel better than ever.

There are five movements that make up this workout.

Each will be performed for 10 rounds on a work/rest cadence of 20s on and 10s off.

Once all ten 20/10 cycles are complete, rest for up to two minutes then move on to the next movement.
